This training equips participants with an understanding of the cycle of escalation and with strategies for preventing escalation as well as defusing tension.As a result of this workshop, learners will be able to: identify what causes and contributes to escalation, list strategies for maintaining safety, and use Verbal Methods for defusing tension.
