Join us for a FREE one-day conference at Temple University in Philadelphia with keynote speaker Poet and Advocate LeDerick Horne. Families will learn essential evidence-based tips to support a child’s development of skills like self-advocacy and self-determination. Families will also be given tools to elevate their own self-care and make connections to vital local organizations and resources.
