

Certified Peer Specialist Training
The CPS Certification Training is a 75-hour program, delivered live and in person over 10 training days. It provides foundational knowledge, skills, and values that prepare individuals to work as Peer Supporters in Pennsylvania.

Credentialing and Job Search
To successfully complete the training, participants must maintain consistent attendance, fully participate in activities and assignments, and achieve satisfactory scores on two weekly tests. Graduates become eligible to sit for the PA Certification Board exam, required for full certification.
