    H.E.A.L. Together (Helping Each other Align and Live) is a free six-week holistic rehabilitation program empowering young adults ages 18–35 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The program helps participants heal and strengthen the mind, body, soul, and spirit through guided discussions, mindfulness, and creative expression. Each session builds emotional resilience, self-mastery, and practical life skills to help participants move toward lasting stability, confidence, and purpose.
