Episcopal Community Services (ECS) will host our 4th Annual Block Party at our West Philadelphia location, St. Barnabas Community Resource Center. We have a lot to celebrate this year, as we are moving our headquarters to St. Barnabas (60th and W. Girard) which enables us to better serve the Carroll Park and Haddington communities. We are also announcing the formation of our new Neighborhood Advisory Committee (NAC) and the official launch of our street cleaning initiative with Glitter.

ECS is committed to empowering individuals and families through programs, services, resource sharing and advocacy focused on economic mobility and financial independence, and we believe that your services will be of value to our community. And our block parties have attracted hundreds of community members, providing an opportunity for partners to share valuable resources.
