A mentally healthy community starts with all of us. Every year, the American Psychiatric Association (APA) honors mental health equity champion Bebe Moore Campbell through the APA MOORE Equity in Mental Health Initiative to champion access to culturally responsive care for all.

On Saturday, October 18, 2025, we’re bringing that mission to life again with our Mental Health Community Fair, in partnership with the Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Join us to shine a light on the unique mental health challenges faced by underrepresented groups — and bust myths with insights from psychiatrists, advocates, and mental health professionals.
