The Road to Recovery, a Journey of Hope – v22024-04-10T09:59:53-04:00

Sometimes it’s easier to express our feelings through text.

If you aren’t in crisis, the Healthy Minds Philly Chatline is here for you.  Chat live with a Certified Peer Specialist – caring, friendly peers who are sincere and non-judgmental.

Live chat is available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Use the live chat if you are:

  • Feeling lonely or need someone to talk to.
  • Having feelings of harming yourself or others.
  • Experiencing intense anger.
  • Having feelings of hopelessness.
  • Struggling with life stresses.
  • Feeling depressed.
  • Going through an emotional crisis.
