CBH Member Services
Member Services operates the toll-free help line for Philadelphia’s Department of Behavioral Health & Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS). If you are a Philadelphia resident who receives Medical Assistance from the state of Pennsylvania, CBH is here to assist. A knowledgeable representative is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to help you find treatment options for mental health conditions or addiction (together known as “behavioral health”.)

Network of Neighbors
The Network of Neighbors Trauma Response Network is composed of community members trained to support — and lead — responses to stress, trauma, loss, and violence within their own communities. The Network is not a violence-prevention or anti-violence program. Instead, the Network is focused on addressing the impact of trauma on individuals and communities.

The Philadelphia Alliance for Child Trauma Services (PACTS)

PACTS is a city-wide child trauma initiative dedicated to serving all youth who have experienced trauma in Philadelphia with a focus on the most vulnerable and underserved young people, including: young children, LGBTQIA+ youth, Commercially Sexually Exploited Children (CSEC), Intentionally Injured Youth, Unaccompanied Immigrant Youth, Children of military families.

Northwest Victim Services

NVS provides holistic services to all victims of crime in Northwest Philadelphia while working to elevate community safety. All services are provided FREE of charge. Services include Crisis support, Counseling Services, Information about the law enforcement system, advocacy for victims of crime, referrals for additional supports, accompaniment to hearing and trials, assistance with victim’s compensation claims, and talks for community events.

Trauma to Triumph

Trauma to Triumph is a youth program that empowers and builds resilience through fun activities and supports. It is a trauma driven program focusing on empowerment and resilience in a safe space featuring expert lead programs such as: comic book designing, music production, cooking, discussion groups, portrait painting, meditation, poetry writing, sculpting, socialization, and more.

The group welcomes youth ages 13 to 21. Participants attend the program for free for 12 weeks, meeting Monday – Friday from 3pm-6pm at 5901 Market Street. Email Gina Booker for more information.
