CBH Member Services
Member Services operates the toll-free help line for Philadelphia’s Department of Behavioral Health & Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS). If you are a Philadelphia resident who receives Medical Assistance from the state of Pennsylvania CBH is here to assist. A knowledgeable representative is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to help you find treatment options for mental health conditions or addiction (together known as “behavioral health”.) Not sure what type of insurance you have? No problem. CBH Member Services can still answer your questions and offer assistance. Call Member Services at 1-888-545-2600.

If you are privately insured, your insurance carrier can help connect you to behavioral health treatment:
Medical Assistance
If you believe you may qualify for Medical Assistance (Medicaid) and you live in Pennsylvania, you can find out here. Medicaid provides health coverage to millions of Americans, including children, pregnant women, parents, seniors and individuals with disabilities. In some states the program covers all low-income adults below a certain income level.
