If you, a friend, a family member, or someone you know is struggling with grief or loss, support and help are available. Check out some of the resources below.

Survivors of Suicide Loss support groups are offered by DBHIDS as a community-based prevention
resource for individuals who have suffered the loss of someone to suicide.
Our bereavement support program is called Philly HEALs, which stands for Healing and Empowerment After Loss. We provide care and support for these grieving the loss of a loved one related to substance use.
We are a national resource center — a virtual toolbox of information and support built specifically for grieving men.
A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief.
Grieving.com is a community of people supporting each other. The forum is supported through donations and advertising. We have an amazing group of people from over a 100 countries.

The Center for Growth offers counseling services, therapy and support groups. The Grief and Loss Support Group is a space to share stories of loss, offer support, hope and empathy, make meaning out of tragedy, and witness one another’s journeys.
Our programs are reserved for those living in the United States, ages 18-45, who have experienced the death of someone important to them.
