These one-hour, virtual monthly conversations will explore a range of mental health topics and will be led by our Education and Training Unit. The series kicks off with Food for Mood, where we will look at how different foods can affect your mental state and overall well-being.  Upcoming sessions will cover topics such as Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and grief.     All Arms Locked

    Philly HEALs will be hosting a virtual support group for men who are experiencing grief from stigmatized loss. While we recognize that all grief can be difficult, when you lose a loved one in a stigmatized way, it can further impede the grieving process. Examples of stigmatized loss are losses due to overdose, addiction, homicide, or suicide.
