These one-hour, virtual monthly conversations will explore a range of mental health topics and will be led by our Education and Training Unit. The series kicks off with Food for Mood, where we will look at how different foods can affect your mental state and overall well-being.  Upcoming sessions will cover topics such as Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and grief.     H.E.A.L. Together (Helping Each other Align and Live) is a free six-week holistic rehabilitation program empowering young adults ages 18–35 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The program helps participants heal and strengthen the mind, body, soul, and spirit through guided discussions, mindfulness, and creative expression. Each session builds emotional resilience, self-mastery, and practical life skills to help participants move toward lasting stability, confidence, and purpose.

  • Virtual Grief Support Group – All Arms Locked

    All Arms Locked

    Philly HEALs will be hosting a virtual support group for men who are experiencing grief from stigmatized loss. While we recognize that all grief can be difficult, when you lose a loved one in a stigmatized way, it can further impede the grieving process. Examples of stigmatized loss are losses due to overdose, addiction, homicide, or suicide.     We’re coming together as a community to share a meal, connect with one another, and give thanks. After lunch, guests are welcome to join us for a Coffee & Resource Hour where you can meet local organizations, learn about available community support, and grab helpful resources to take home.
