The 10th Annual Operation Bundle up hosted by Catholic Community Services CUA. Free coats available for children of all ages. Child must be present to receive a coat. St. Francis and St. Joseph Out-Patient Clinic will also be on site partnering with DBHIDS in providing free mental health screenings for adults as well as resource information to promote health and wellbeing throughout the Philadelphia community.
