Summer Meals Kick-off Celebration
The Office of Children and Families, Parks & Recreation, and American Dairy Association Northeast are hosting a Summer Meals Kick-off Celebration on Tues. 6/18 from 11 am – 1 pm at Heitzman Recreation Center (2136 Castor Ave. Philadelphia, 19134). The event will include activities, games, and resources for children and families as well as special guest appearances. Juneteenth Block Party

Certified Peer Specialists (CPS) identify as having behavioral health challenges (mental health and/or substance use). A CPS supports others in their recovery process. This relationship between peers is one of mutual trust and respect moving toward a more meaningful life in recovery.

Adolescent Support Group
NAMI Philadelphia is excited to launch its Adolescent Support Group! This group is for ages 12-17 and meets every Wednesday at 5 pm on the third floor of the Scattergood Building of Friends Hospital. Participants must complete a registration form and provide a signed permission slip before attendance. This group will be facilitated by Ailkhees Ponton (aponton@namiphilly.org) and John Pillar (jpillar@bdo.com).
