While we recognize that all grief can be difficult, when you lose a loved one in a stigmatized way, it can further impede the grieving process.   • Survivors of Suicide Loss Support Group – 2nd Wednesday

    The Survivors of Suicide Loss Support Groups help loss survivors cope, connect, and work toward healing. Trained group facilitators are suicide loss survivors who know, firsthand, how difficult it can be to find your way after losing someone to suicide. The groups are open to anyone 18 years or older who is grieving a loss due to suicide. No pre-registration is required, but you are welcome to send an email to let us know that you might attend. The groups are free and confidential.

The program helps participants heal and strengthen the mind, body, soul, and spirit through guided discussions, mindfulness, and creative expression. Each session builds emotional resilience, self-mastery, and practical life skills to help participants move toward lasting stability, confidence, and purpose.
