Together (Helping Each other Align and Live) is a free six-week holistic rehabilitation program empowering young adults ages 18–35 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The program helps participants heal and strengthen the mind, body, soul, and spirit through guided discussions, mindfulness, and creative expression. Each session builds emotional resilience, self-mastery, and practical life skills to help participants move toward lasting stability, confidence, and purpose.

Virtual Grief Support Group – All Arms Locked
Philly HEALs will be hosting a virtual support group for men who are experiencing grief from stigmatized loss. While we recognize that all grief can be difficult, when you lose a loved one in a stigmatized way, it can further impede the grieving process. Examples of stigmatized loss are losses due to overdose, addiction, homicide, or suicide. Ignite Your Insight: Food for Mood
The City of Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services is excited to launch a new virtual series: Ignite Your Insight. These one-hour, virtual monthly conversations will explore a range of mental health topics and will be led by our Education and Training Unit.
