Adolescent Support Group
NAMI Philadelphia is excited to launch its Adolescent Support Group! This group is for ages 12-17 and meets every Wednesday at 5 pm on the third floor of the Scattergood Building of Friends Hospital. Participants must complete a registration form and provide a signed permission slip before attendance. This group will be facilitated by Ailkhees Ponton (aponton@namiphilly.org) and John Pillar (jpillar@bdo.com). The group will be anticipated to be from 5 pm-6 pm but may extend to 6:30 pm depending on the session. Registration Link Permission Slip

Ethics Training
Philadelphia Recovery Training Center 520 N Christopher Columbus Blvd., Philadelphia, United StatesThis training will meet the recertification requirements for the Pennsylvania Certification Board for Certified Recovery Specialists (CRS), Certified Family Recovery Specialists (CFRS), and Certified Peer Specialists (CPS). Recertification Requirements: • CRS and CFRS: 6 hours of ethics training • CPS: 3 hours of ethics training Please note that CPSs are required to attend only the first 3 hours of the training but are welcome to stay for the entire session if they choose. Women’s Forum
Philadelphia Corporation on Aging 642 N. Broad St, Philadelphia, PA, United StatesPhiladelphia Corporation on Aging will be sponsoring a mental health forum for Women. Women's Institute for Family Health will provide a presentation on women and depression and in collaboration with PHMCC Case Management, Women's Institute for family health will provide mental health screenings and community resource information to forum participants.

NAMI Philadelphia’s Youth Mentorship Program

We are calling for mentors! The program will last 7 weeks, starting on 7/19 and ending on 8/30. We need mentors on these Fridays from 3-6 pm. The location is NOMO West Philly. Our mentorship program is in collaboration with the DBHIDS Trauma to Triumph Grant alongside other community partners and organizations.
