Thrive Tour
Esperanza Health Center 2940 N. 5th Street, Philadelphia, United StatesThe THRIVE Tour aims to improve maternal health outcomes in communities with high maternal and morbidity rates. The THRIVE Tour will bring together mental health professionals, birth workers, medical professionals, and community members to engage in meaningful discussions on maternal health disparities and explore ways to provide resources and support for at-risk women. In addition to resources for babies, we will also have dedicated resources for dads and children.
