This is an event in collaboration with Keystone First and APM VIP program. Services like Telehealth appointments, eye exams with free readers, medical screenings (Blood Pressure, A1C, etc) will be provided for Keystone First members. Participants will also receive gift cards from Keystone First for each screening they partake in.

Enjoy live bands at Winston Park. Allied Associates in Mental Health will be conducting mental health screenings in partnership with Healthy Minds Philly. Look for our table! The screenings start at 3pm in the park. Look for a triangle of green near Winston Road and the Willow Grove Ave intersection. Hope to see you there!

June is Men’s Health Month. On Saturday, June 29th, 2024, come to a community record-clearing clinic and men’s health fair. The event will include free health services and record-clearing services. A record-clearing clinic is a legal service that helps individuals expunge or seal their criminal records, providing a path to a fresh start. We have seen great success with these clinics in the past. Community Council Health Systems will be providing FREE confidential behavior health screenings.
