OnlineSPIN’s Dream Team and Behavioral Health and Autism Services Department presents Best You in 2022 where SPIN’s pre-doctoral intern will be presenting on stress, anxiety, and depression. We will be hosting a screening event for staff that will focus on taking care of our mental health, recognition of the mind and body connection, and how we can combat this through use of coping skills and our community supports.
