Ethics and Boundaries Training
In this 3-hour training, participants will be introduced to the most common mental illnesses, their risk factors, most common signs and symptoms and how to provide support to someone who may be experiencing these. Participants will also leave with a list of local resources and will engage in different skill-building activities including groups discussions and role playing. The topic is discussed within a recovery framework and the class is co-facilitated by a Certified Peer Specialist and a MH clinician. LGBTQ+ Training
Online , United StatesThis 6-hour training will enhance your comprehension and understanding of LGBTQ+ issues, including and not limited to terminology, overall stigmas and issues, solidarity models, and power dynamics. This course can be applied to CPS. To qualify for this scholarship funded training, you must: (a) Be a Philadelphia resident; (b) Identify as a Peer or person with lived experience.
