The Engaging Women & Girls of Color (EWGOC) Initiative is hosting a two-hour Mother’s Day Panel Discussion to support mothers and caregivers in our community who juggle many roles while facing stress, burnout, and other challenges. This event will focus on emotional wellness, storytelling, and the many hats that mothers and caregivers wear every day.

Attendees will join a guided panel with leaders who have lived experience, followed by a Q&A and a healing activity centered on setting boundaries, managing stress, and supporting long-term well‑being. We will also share resources from DBHIDS and community organizations, offering practical tools related to mom guilt, burnout, grief and loss, and emotional wellness.

Refreshments, swag items, and dinner will be provided! Doors open at 5:30 PM, and dinner will also be served at 5:30 PM. All Are Welcome!
