A Health Engagement Expo will provide opportunities for members to take direct action to help themselves and/or their community in improving health and wellbeing.

Core to the IBX Health Equity strategy is partnership with our members. The annual Health Equity Summit is a one-day event to dialogue with IBX membership to build a shared understanding of what health equity and equitable whole person health mean at IBX. The annual Summit has three primary goals:
-To build trust with our members by promoting the Independence health equity strategy and demonstrating our commitment to hearing and centering the needs of our members
-To solicit and share insights from health equity experts and learn from pioneers implementing systemic changes to address whole person health and health equity.
-To engage our community in a conversation to help identify priorities, partners, and tactics for health equity.
