The Beating the Blues program is an online tool that teaches you strategies to manage mild to moderate anxiety and depression. This tool is free to all Philadelphia residents and comes in 8 weekly modules to complete.
Beating the Blues’s modules are not considered therapy; rather, this tool is a way to help people living with mild to moderate depression or anxiety, or those looking to learn new ways to cope with the challenges of everyday life, and build additional skills. It is not intended for people in crisis. If you believe you are in crisis please feel empowered to connect with the following crisis lines:
