The Survivors of Suicide Loss Support Group seeks to help loss survivors cope, connect, and work toward healing. Trained group facilitators are suicide loss survivors who know firsthand how difficult it can be to find your way after losing someone to suicide. The group is open to anyone 18 years or older who is grieving a loss due to suicide. The group is free and confidential. Certified Peer Specialist Training

The Certified Peer Specialist Training is designed to provide learners with foundational knowledge and skills for working as professional providers of Peer Support. Successful completion of this training will result in eligibility to take the state certification exam (through the PA Certification Board). DBHIDS sponsored This training will be delivered live and in-person from Monday, March 13, 2023 - Friday, March 24, 2023, excluding the weekend, from 9:00am-5:00pm. Applicants must attend Storytelling Training prior to CPS Training. CPS Training will take place at: Mental Health Partnerships Training Room 833 Chestnut Street 11th Floor, Suite 1100 Philadelphia, PA 19107 Local parking and public transportation are available.
