Peer Recovery Support Specialist

About the role:

The Peer Support Specialist (PSS) provides peer-based recovery and re-entry support at our Community Gaming Center. This role offers mentoring, advocacy, resource navigation, and recovery education, while fostering authentic peer-to-peer relationships that honor all pathways to recovery and wellness. The PSS serves as a role model and motivator, helping individuals build recovery or re-entry plans, connect with community resources, and sustain long-term recovery. This position requires in-person work five days per week (including one weekend day) and collaboration with both individuals and partner organizations to support recovery and reintegration.
