Coach Emily and Coach Jordan will lead you through a series of movements designed for anybody with a body while focusing on breath work, intention setting, and dynamic movements. This class is sure to leave you feeling light, uplifted, and limber!

Trained group facilitators are suicide loss survivors who know firsthand how difficult it can be to find your way after losing someone to suicide. UrStorytellers Zoom , United StatesStorytelling is a training facilitated by UrStorytellers in collaboration with the City of Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual DisAbility Services (DBHIDS).
