Welcome Home Event
The Rotunda 4014 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA, United StatesReentry program that works with people coming out of the county jails. We have a group of clients who will be paroled the first week in December and we are planning a "Welcome Home" event with resources to help support them in their transition back into the community.
