Mother / Daughter Trio Hosts Free Wellness Open House
Athens Nutrition, Calm Mind Therapy, Sage and Rose Salon 27 West Athens Ave., Ardmore Ave., United StatesAthens Nutrition, Calm Mind Therapy, and Sage and Rose Salon, are owned and operated by long-time Main Line registered dietitian Judy Matusky and her daughters, Megan Matusky and Jessica Matusky, respectively. The free open house on Monday, Aug. 5, will feature wellness activities, cooking demonstrations, zen garden making, free hair consultations, raffles, refreshments and the opportunity to learn how nutrition, therapy, and cosmetology contribute to a healthier lifestyle.

Adolescent Support Group
NAMI Philadelphia is excited to launch its Adolescent Support Group! This group is for ages 12-17 and meets every Wednesday at 5 pm on the third floor of the Scattergood Building of Friends Hospital. Participants must complete a registration form and provide a signed permission slip before attendance. This group will be facilitated by Ailkhees Ponton (aponton@namiphilly.org) and John Pillar (jpillar@bdo.com). The group will be anticipated to be from 5 pm-6 pm but may extend to 6:30 pm depending on the session. Registration Link Permission Slip
