Survivors of Suicide Loss Support Group [ Online / By Phone ] – Palumbo Rec
Online , United StatesThe Survivors of Suicide Loss Support Group is a group to help loss survivors cope, connect, and work toward healing. Trained group facilitators are suicide loss survivors who know firsthand how difficult it can be to find your way after losing someone to suicide. The group is open to anyone 18 years or older who is grieving a loss due to suicide. The group is free, confidential, and meets the second Wednesday of each month. Adolescent Support Group
NAMI Philadelphia is excited to launch its Adolescent Support Group! This group is for ages 12-17 and meets every Wednesday at 5 pm on the third floor of the Scattergood Building of Friends Hospital. Participants must complete a registration form and provide a signed permission slip before attendance. This group will be facilitated by Ailkhees Ponton (aponton@namiphilly.org) and John Pillar (jpillar@bdo.com). The group will be anticipated to be from 5 pm-6 pm but may extend to 6:30 pm depending on the session. Registration Link Permission Slip

On Saturday, June 29th, 2024, come to a community record-clearing clinic and men’s health fair. The event will include free health services and record-clearing services. A record-clearing clinic is a legal service that helps individuals expunge or seal their criminal records, providing a path to a fresh start. We have seen great success with these clinics in the past. Community Council Health Systems will be providing FREE confidential behavior health screenings.
