The Rainbow de Colores Friends group is a vibrant collective in our community that has been working to revitalize the Rainbow de Colores Handball Court, located on the 2300 block of 5th Street in Philadelphia. On Saturday, June 29th, 2024, come to a community record-clearing clinic and men’s health fair. The event will include free health services and record-clearing services. A record-clearing clinic is a legal service that helps individuals expunge or seal their criminal records, providing a path to a fresh start. We have seen great success with these clinics in the past. Community Council Health Systems will be providing FREE confidential behavior health screenings.
