    Adolescent Support Group

    NAMI Philadelphia is excited to launch its Adolescent Support Group! This group is for ages 12-17 and meets every Wednesday at 5 pm on the third floor of the Scattergood Building of Friends Hospital. Participants must complete a registration form and provide a signed permission slip before attendance. This group will be facilitated by Ailkhees Ponton (aponton@namiphilly.org) and John Pillar (jpillar@bdo.com). The group will be anticipated to be from 5 pm-6 pm but may extend to 6:30 pm depending on the session. Registration Link Permission Slip

    Storytelling is a training facilitated by UrStorytellers in collaboration with the City of Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual DisAbility Services (DBHIDS).     This is a FREE event to the public. We will be doing panel discussions on drug abuse, violence and discrimination towards LGBTQI people. Trans youth issues, homelessness, education, etc. This event aims to network, educate, and provide health, mental illness, and HIV prevention information to the events attendees. Comhar will support this event providing free and confidential Behavioral Health screening and resources for well being.
