SHE SHINES Conference is Philadelphia’s aspiring premier women’s conference designed for women, particularly of color, to mobilize, empower, and inspire women to:

See beyond the impossibilities and visualize the insurmountable opportunities that lie beyond her current circumstances and barriers.

Highlight and emphasize that she is endowed with strength, power, creativity, humor, and intellect.

Insulate her heart with God’s love, her mind with knowledge, and her body with energy and strength for her journey.
Never compromise her convictions, morals, principles, and ethics which will only lead to one’s demise; but rather nourish her spirit and soul with that which brings forth life!

Embrace her distinct culture and unique body image and likeness that is wonderfully made by God.
We do this by focusing on our three core pillars: 1) health, wellness & safety; 2) civic engagement; and 3) spiritual enrichment. CONFERENCE PURPOSE:
Excite and empower women’s consciousness by:

1. Emphasizing the essentiality of self-care, nurturing relationships, and achieving harmony between personal life, career, and productivity.

2. Amplifying awareness about civic engagement, activism, and empowering women to unite and assert their influence and voice in societal discourse.

3. Inspiring and backing women in their aspirations to attain and excel in leadership roles across diverse fields, communities, and governmental realms.

4. Evaluating the interconnection of faith, values, ethics, and principles within workplaces and communities, acknowledging their significance in shaping inclusive and equitable environments.

WE HOST THIS CONFERENCE TO: Empower women with the knowledge, resources, and tools essential for enriching their lives and engaging with their communities. This conference is crafted to empower and encourage women as they thrive and shine in various spheres and settings they inhabit.

Our approach is by actively engaging women of color in various settings to empower them to become leaders and advocates within their communities. This can lead to increased community cohesion, stronger social networks, and improved overall well-being. We encourage women to harness the strength of their faith, wield their voices, and prioritize living a life of quality, health, and self-care.
