The 24th Annual Points of Transformation (POT) ceremony is a celebration of Direct Service Professionals & Support/Service Coordinators who exemplify our motto: It’s all about community! POT allows DBHIDS an opportunity to recognize direct service/support staff in provider organizations who have served as models of excellence, who show compassion, value and growth and achievement of those served and have committed their careers to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
