Senior Summit: Seniors Count
Salt & Light Church 5736 Chester Ave, Philadelphia, PATo empower Senior Citizens through exposure to governmental agencies, non-profits, medical and mental health agencies, and care-giving agencies that can help them to manage the intricacies of their lives. Participants can engage in breakout sessions on mental health, diabetes, hypertension, and other health issues. There will be information employment, housing, life insurance, wills, and estates, nutrition, and diet and more. There will be healthy refreshments. Comhar will be onsite and will provide free bheavioral health screenings and resources for well-being

Featured this year will be: hands on CPR training, Narcan overdose reversal training, cooking demonstrations, health screenings, Vetri Mobile Teaching Kitchen, prizes, and more.
