Supporting Youth Recovery CRS Training Program
Philadelphia Recovery Training Center (PRTC) 520 N. Columbus Blvd., Philadelphia, PA, United StatesThe Council of Southeast Pennsylvania, Inc. (The Council) will offer the Supporting Youth Recovery: Peer Paraprofessional Certificate in Supporting Youth Recovery program. Unique to this program is the enhanced version of Pennsylvania Certification Board (PCB) approved standardized Recovery Specialist (RS) Training to prepare peer paraprofessionals to include addressing the unmet behavioral health needs of children, adolescents, and young adults with a substance use disorder (SUD) and their families to provide RS to youth and young adults in recovery from a SUD and their families.

Join us for free mental health assessments, hearing aid screenings, cooking demos, and meet many vendors offering community resources. Shannon Ruane Counseling will join this event and will provide behavioral health screenings and resources.
