    To empower Senior Citizens through exposure to governmental agencies, non-profits, medical and mental health agencies, and care-giving agencies that can help them to manage the intricacies of their lives. Participants can engage in breakout sessions on mental health, diabetes, hypertension, and other health issues. There will be information employment, housing, life insurance, wills, and estates, nutrition and diet and more. There will be healthy refreshments. Einstein Behavioral Health will be on site and will be providing Free Behavioral Health Screenings and resources.
