Back to School Event – Food & Snacks
PMHCC Case Management is helping Covenant House celebrate its back to school event. They want families to have a healthy beginning to the school year by hosting: dental and physical check-ups vaccines uniforms school supplies and back packs arts and craft workshops other fun entertainment. PMHCC Case Management will provide support with behavioral health resources and an opportunity to take assessments for mental health and substance use. Join us for a block party sponsored by the PHMC Cedar Campus Auxiliary! Food / Music / Games & Activities / Giveaway Items PHMC’s Addiction Services will provide free Behavioral Health Screenings.
