PMHCC Case Management is helping Covenant House celebrate its back to school event. They want families to have a healthy beginning to the school year by hosting:

• dental and physical check-ups
• vaccines
• uniforms
• school supplies and back packs
• arts and craft workshops
• other fun entertainment.

PMHCC Case Management will provide support with behavioral health resources and an opportunity to take assessments for mental health and substance use. Come join us for a time to get your entire family and friends on track for the new school year.
