Events for December 21, 2022

Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day is a national event that takes place annually on or around December 21st, the first day of winter and longest night of the year. Since the early 1990s, a coalition of Philadelphia advocates, providers, and homeless and formerly homeless persons have organized a gathering to honor the many individuals who have lost their lives and recommit to working to bring an end to homelessness in the city of Philadelphia.
