Summer Sweat Series at King of Prussia Town Center

Coach Emily and Coach Jordan will lead you through a series of movements designed for anybody with a body while focusing on breath work, intention setting, and dynamic movements. This class is sure to leave you feeling light, uplifted, and limber!

Bethany Baptist Church Resource Fair
Bethany Baptist Church 5747 Warrington AVe, Philadelphia, PA, United StatesThe Bethany Church has organized this fair and invited several other community serving institutions such as HCCS (Hispanic Community Counseling Services) from Kensington Avenue and Allegheny Avenue (2 locations) in North Philadelphia to participate. HCCS will provide FREE Mental Health Awareness information materials to attendees and will make available FREE Behavioral Health Screenings to everyone interested in completing it on site thanks to the support of DBHIDS (Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disability Services of the City of Philadelphia.
