Mental Health/Physical Health Screening
corner of spring garden and front street corner of spring garden and front street, Philadelphia, PA, United StatesAs part of National Depression awareness month and as a part of our ongoing commitment to Integrated Care and the Community, NET is pleased to offer Mental Health and Physical Health screenings on Thursday 10/20 from 930 to 11:30 at the corner of Front and Spring Garden Street. Individuals can be screened for depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder as well as have Vitals taken and other physical health screens completed as needed.
