Transgender Day of Visibility 2023 Flag Raising Event Toolkit
On Friday, March 31st @ noon, the Office of LGBT Affairs will host a Flag Raising Event honoring Transgender Day of Visibility at the City Hall North Apron Flag Poles. In addition to raising the Transgender Pride flag; this year’s program will include speakers from across Philadelphia’s LGBTQ+ community sharing the many ways they’re making an impact in our city. Speakers will remind our attendees what’s at stake as the trans community faces increasing attacks on our trans young people, trans athletes, and trans communities across the country. Mental Health Event
The Health Annex is hosting a mental health event for the community. Gemma Services will be in attendance along with other providers to offer a variety of resources which focus on enhancing emotional wellness. Gemma Services Outpatient team will be offering free mental health screenings during this event.
