    Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day is a national event that takes place annually on or around December 21st, the first day of winter and longest night of the year.   • Introducing Memorial Garden for Loss Due to Substance Use

    Please join us in honoring the beautiful souls that we have tragically lost to substance use in the Philadelphia area. PhillyHEALs’ 2022 Memorial project will consist of an in-person pop-up memorial garden in Center City Philadelphia, as well as an ongoing virtual memorial site.
