Children’s Mental Health Acceptance Celebration

Nixon/Cobbs Creek Library on May 2, 2022. A Mindfulness Storytime will take place as the use of songs and books that have the youth do different yoga style stretches, or instruct in breathing exercises and mindfulness exercises in a fun way.
