Through the use of structured presentations, group discussions and practical activities, this dynamic, engaging and interactive session invites participants to understand the impact of stress and build skills to thrive in their daily lives. Participants will be given the opportunity to identify and evaluate their own strategies, select specific tools from a list of activities, and create a personal self-care plan.
