Second Mount Zion Baptist Church Community Fair 2024
Second Mt Zion Baptist Church 3814 Parrish Street, Philadelphia, United StatesSMZ is hosting a Community Fair themed "Back to Basics" for which the purpose of this event is to affirm our presence and impact to individuals, families, church members and our local community by providing resources to address key issues affecting our society. Specifically, we want to take this opportunity to not only fellowship with our community members, but provide support, resources and materials to encourage spiritual wellness, holistic health and social advancement.

Path to Greatness 7th Community Day
Free food and resources to the community in North Philadelphia. We will provide free book bags and school supplies to the youth who register for the event.

Adolescent Support Group
NAMI Philadelphia is excited to launch its Adolescent Support Group this month! This group is for ages 12-17 and meets every Wednesday at 5 pm on the third floor of the Scattergood Building of Friends Hospital. Participants must complete a registration form and provide a signed permission slip before attendance. This group will be facilitated by Ailkhees Ponton (aponton@namiphilly.org) and John Pillar (jpillar@bdo.com). The group will be anticipated to be from 5 pm-6 pm but may extend to 6:30 pm depending on the session. Registration Link Permission Slip

Sibling/Family/Lone One Support
If you are the adult sibling, family member, or relationship partner of an adult with mental/behavioral/substance challenges, this group meets on Zoom the 2nd Thursday of every month. Facilitate by a licensed clinical therapist
