Keystone First Healthy Measures
APM VIP program 4221 N 2nd Street, Philadelphia, United StatesThis is an event in collaboration with Keystone First and APM VIP program. Services like Telehealth appointments, eye exams with free readers, medical screenings (Blood Pressure, A1C, etc) will be provided for Keystone First members. Participants will also receive gift cards from Keystone First for each screening they partake in.
