The outdoor markets will be held every Sunday in August and September from 10am to 2pm at the Allens Lane Train Station – 7210 Cresheim Road. PhillyHEALs’ 2022 Memorial project will consist of an in-person pop-up memorial garden in Center City Philadelphia, as well as an ongoing virtual memorial site.
