LGBTQ+ Training
Online , United StatesThis 6-hour training will enhance your comprehension and understanding of LGBTQ+ issues, including and not limited to terminology, overall stigmas and issues, solidarity models, and power dynamics. This course can be applied to CPS. To qualify for this scholarship funded training, you must: (a) Be a Philadelphia resident; (b) Identify as a Peer or person with lived experience. The evidence behind the program demonstrates that it builds mental health literacy, providing an action plan that teaches people to safely and responsibly identify and address a potential mental health or substance use challenge.
